SEBA CLASS IX ONLINE REGISTARTION IS NOW LIVE, SESSION: 2021-2022
BOARD OF SECONDARU EDUCATION ASSAM HAS RELEASED A NOTIFICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF CLASS IX STUDENTS , SESSION: 2021-22. All the Heads of the school are
requested to complete the registration process of class-IX students in the ONLINE Registration portal within time (21st May, 2021 to 31 July,2021). Schools are requested to start downloading the Data Capture Sheet from the portal and circulate among the students of class-IX
- Registration Process
- School has to sign in with their respective user account by their school code as user id and password will remain same as provided during 2020 class IX registration ( If password is lost then school has to collect the password from the Member Secretary of the Regional Office) The list of the Member secretary of the respective District is enclosed with the detailed notification published by the SEBA)
- After Signing in the school will be redirect to My School Page where the school has to update the details of the school before proceeding the registration
- The Data Capture Sheet (Annexure-II) will be uploaded to the registration portal
- The respective institution will upload the details of the students in the portal
- The Head of the institution shall examine and verify the the information of the students comparing with the School Register
- Photograph & Signature: A recent passport size colour Photograph with in the white background and signature of the students have to be uploaded in the portal
- Birth Certificate: Scanned Copy of Birth certificate will be uploaded for age proof If birth certificate is not available then certificate provided by the head of the institution has to be uploaded
- Payment: After Uploading the students information in the registration portal as per data capture sheet(DCS) school has to generate the and make the necessary payment of the registration fees through netbanking or any SBI Branch, Online Payment done through Debit Card/Credit Card or Internet Banking. Registration fees can be deposited through Challan (Generated from portal) any of the Branch of the State Bank of India
- Statement Form 50 and correction: After successful payment form 50 will be generate form the portal in in the payment section. School will verify the form 50 carely if found any wrong input then school will able to corrections of the student details during online registration checklist correction
- Registration Fess: Rs. 150/- per Student
- Important Dates:
- Last date of online Registration: 31st July, 2021
- Last Date of Challan Generation and payment: 06 Aug, 2021
- Registration checklist Online Correction: 10 Aug to 31st Aug, 2021

Notes:
- The age of the registered student should be minimum 13 years as on 1st March, 2021

- The USER NAME and PASSWORD is same as of last year for the portal. The newly converted schools USER NAME and PASSWORD will be provided by Inspector of Schools.
