ASRB AO & F&AO Recruitment 2021
Educational Qualification:
1. (AO) Administrative Officer : Candidate must have passed Graduate degree from a recognized University securing minimum 55% of marks in the final degree exam or equivalent exam and must have operating knowledge of computer.
2. Finance & Accounts Officer (F&AO): Candidate must have Graduate degree from recognized University securing not less
than 55% of marks in the final degree exam or equivalent and must have operating knowledge of computer.
Selection Process:
Schem and syllabus of Tier-II Exam (Paper-III & Paper-IV) of AO and
F&AO are different and candidate may apply either for AO or F&AO or
both. Tier-I Examination will be common for AO and F&AO.

Documents Required for Online Apply:
a) Name (as per recorded in the Secondary level Examination certificate).
b) Father’s name (as recorded in Secondary level Examination certificate).
c) Complete Address for Correspondence.
d) Complete Permanent Address.
e) Matriculation or equivalent Certificate.
f) Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree Certificate and Yearwise Marksheets.
g) Master’s Degree Certificate / Doctorate Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate/Transcript/ Marksheet, if available.
h) Centre opted for the Examination (Please check the Examination Centres given in Para 5 of this notification).
i) Scanned copy of the recent passport size photo taken on white background only, of a maximum size of photograph is 150 KB in .jpg format only with the covering of face at least 2/3rd of the total space and photograph taken without spectacles.
j) Scanned copy of the signatures in Blue/Black ink on a white paper only, Maximum size of signature is 80 KB in .jpg format.
k) Scanned copy of Left Thumb Impression in Blue ink on a white paper only, of a maximum size of 80 KB in .jpg format only. (In case of left hand thumb being unavailable, than right hand thumb impression will be used.)
l) Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI details for online payment of fee.
m) Valid and active e-mail id and mobile number.
n) The candidate should have details of one Photo ID viz. Voter Card/ PAN Card/Aadhar Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Any other photo ID card issued by the Central/ State Government. The details of this photo ID will have to be provided by the candidates while filling up online application form. The candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of the Photo Identity card. Candidates is advised to carry this Photo ID while appearing for the Exam.
