Age: Between 20 to 28 years as on 31-10-2020 i.e. candidates must have been born in between 01-11-1992 to 31/10/2000 (both days inclusive).  Relaxation in upper age  as per Government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Training Duration: 1 Year

Benefit/Stipend: The apprentices who are eligible for recruitment will get a monthly stipend of Rs.15000/-  for a period of 1 year. The apprentices are not be eligible for other benefits and allowances.

General English.: 25 Question, Maximum Marks 25

Quantitative Aptitude: 25 Question, Maximum Marks 25

Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 25 Question, Maximum Marks 25

Total Marks: 100

Negative Marks: There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question to be deducted for each wrong answer

Examination Centre: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Jorhat, Silchar, Tezpur

PROOF OF IDENTITY TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF EXAMINTION: The candidates must bring one photo identity proof such as Aadhaar/ passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by College or School/ Gazetted Officer in the official letter head in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof. The copy of Id proof and call letter on Examination hall to be submitted to the invigilators, failing which or if identity of candidates is in doubt the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the online test.

Guidelines for Uploading and scanning of Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) & Signature Before apply, Candidates will be upload a scanned (digital) image of his/her signature & photograph as per the specifications is given below:

• Photograph is a recent passport size colour picture.

• Picture is preferably white background.

• If candidates wear glasses make sure that eyes can be clearly visible.

•are not acceptable Caps, hats and dark glasses .

• Dimensions preferred 200 x 230 pixels

• Size between 20kb–50 kb

• The size of  scanned picture maximum 50kb.

• The applicant has to sign on white paper and Black Ink pen.

• The signature must be signed only by candidates not by any other person.

• The signature will be put on the candidates Call Letter of for Examination and wherever necessary.

• If the Applicant’s signature does not match on the examination attendance sheet applicant will be disqualified.

• Dimensions preferred 140 x 60 pixels

• Size of file between 10kb – 20kb

• Size of the scanned image is maximum 20 kb

• Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS not accepted

• Set the resolution of the scanner minimum 200 dpi

• Set Color to True Color

• Candidates can use MS Office/MS Windows for easily obtain signature and photo in .jpeg format.
