Examination Guideline Junior Accounts Assistant
➤ Candidates must bring his/ her Admit Card to the Examination Hall to secure admission. No candidates will be allowed to appear in the Examination Hall without Admit Cards and it should be produced before the Invigilator when asked for.
➤ Candidates are to produce Identity proof like PAN Card, Driving License, Passport,Current ID Card issued by Educational Institutions, Voter ID Card, AADHAR Card along with Admit Card at the time of written Test.
➤ The prohibited items such as any book, paper, cell phone, eraser (solid or liquid), calculator or any electronic gadget or objectionable materials are not allowed in the Examination Hall. There will not be any provision for deposit of Mobile phone/Electronic items etc.
➤ There will be negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer of MCQ. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions. The question booklet will be in three sections viz. Section I – Consisting of General knowledge (100 MCQs), Section II – Consisting of Mathematics of HSLC standard (100 MCQs) and Section III – General English (60 MCQs and 2 descriptive questions on Precis Writing, and Drafting of 20 marks each). Candidates will be required to answer the MCQs in the OMR sheet and that of descriptive questions in the question booklet itself within the space specified in the booklet. The questions will be in English medium.
➤ No candidate will be admitted after 20 minutes from the commencement of the Written Test.
➤ Candidates will have to follow the COVID-19 protocols issued by the Government strictly during the Examination by ensuring wearing of mask properly always, sanitation and keeping social distance.
