State Level Eligibility Commission, Assam (SLET) has released an announcement for conducting the SLET-2022. The main object of these Examination is list a pool of eligible candidates to be appointed as an Assistant. Professor in the same league as (NET) National Eligibility Test organised by the (UGC) University Grants Commission. Interested and eligible candidates apply online for these examination. Educational Qualification for SLET 2022
Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in SLET Exam. Candidates who have qualify in the Test are eligible to apply for the post of Asstt. Professor under the jurisdiction of Member-States of this SLET Commission .
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have secured atleast 55% of marks (without rounding off) in Master Degree (PG) or equivalent examination from institutions/universities recognized by UGC in case of Unreserved/General/General-EWS candidates. However, the Scheduled Tribe (ST), scheduled Caste (SC), Person with Disability (PWD) Category, the Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to non-creamy layer who have secured atleast 50% of marks (without rounding off) in Master degree (PG) or equivalent examination are eligible for appearing in the Test.
# Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing for the final qualifying Master degree (final year) exam and result is still awaited or the candidates whose qualifying examination have been delayed may also be apply for this Examination.
