Karbi-Anglong Autonomous Council has released an employment notice for contractual  recruitment of Assistant Teacher at Lower Primary (LP) for Karbi-Anglong and West Karbi-Anglong.

Online Application are invited from permanent resident of Karbi-Anglong

3. No. of Post: 228 (For West Karbi-Anglong)

4. Total Post: 559

#Eligibilty Criteria

# Age: Minimum age is 18 years for all candidates and maximum age is 40 years for UR category, 43 years for OBC/MOBC & 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) & 50 years for (PwD) candidate as on 1st January'2021. This relaxation of age shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years.

# A candidate only apply for one post in one district. 

# The online applications and required documents submitted by the candidates will be verify using modern technology for confirming genuineness of the uploaded documents.

# The regular or contractual teachers working in Lower Primary schools are not allowed to apply any post in Lower Primary Schools 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

# Minimum 50% marks in Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with Assam LP- TET and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from recognized institutes-

Or-
#At least 45% marks in Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with Assam LP- TET and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations,2002.
-Or-

-Or-
#Minimum 50% marks in HS(or its equivalent) with Assam LP- TET and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (Special Education)
-Or-
#Graduation from UGC recognized University with Assam LP- TET and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from recognized institutes
-Or-
#Graduation with at least 50% marks from UGC recognized University with LP- TET and Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.) from recognized institutes/University.
