ARIAS SOCIETY RECRUITMENT 20 COORDINATOR AND EXPERT

The ARIAS Society invites online application for contractual positions under the World Bank financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) & Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP). The interested and eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the minimum  qualifications required & experience in brief



1. Name of the Post: (DAMC) District Agriculture Marketing Coordinator 

No. of Post: 09

Salary: Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.80

Age: Candidate should not be more than Forty Five (45) years as on 01/07/2021


2. Name of the Post: Business Process Reengineering Expert (BPRE)

No. of Post: 03

Salary: Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.80

Age: Candidate should not be more than Forty Five (45) years as on 01/07/2021.


3. Name of the Post: Fertilizer & Soil Health Specialist (FSHS)

No. of Post: 01

Salary: Rs 18.00 to Rs 25.80

Age: : Candidate should not be more than fifty (50) years as on 01/07/2021


4. Name of the Post: Agribusiness Appraisal Expert (AAE)

No. of Post: 03

Salary: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80

Age: Candidate should not be more than Forty Five (45) years of age as on 01/07/2021.


5. Name of the Post: Financial Management Expert (FME)

No. of Post: 02

Salary: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80

Age: Candidate should not be more than Forty Five (45) years of age as on 01/07/2021.


6. Name of the Post: Procurement Management Expert (PME)-

No. of Post: 02

Salary: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80

Age: Candidate should not be of more than Forty Five (45) years of age as on 01/07/2021.


QUALIFICATION

1. District Agriculture Marketing Coordinator (DAMC) :Graduate Degree in Agriculture or allied Science from any recognized University/ approved Institution

Experience: : At least 5 years of professional experience in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness and Value Chain Development, specifically in the development of market linkages and working experience in the establishment of Horticulture & Agriculture based institutions and operations of marketing enterprises by agri-entrepreneurs or farmer organizations,  etc. 

Computer: The DAMC must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.


2. Business Process Reengineering Expert (BPRE): BE/B. Tech in Electronics/IT/Computer Science/Information Systems or related subject MSc/MCA/ IT from any recognized university.

Experience: Minimum seven years of experience in managing electronic service delivery initiatives in reputed private sector/public sector agency(ies) at managerial position. In case, sufficient candidates with seven years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having five years of experience to appear before the interview panel

Computer: High level of Computer Skills, including proficiency in Internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.


3. Fertilizer & Soil Health Specialist (FSHS): The FSHS should hold a Masters degree in Agriculture preferably in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Agricultural Chemistry from any recognized university/ Institution

Experience: : FSHS must possess at least Eleven years of professional experience working in the fertilizers sector in any  private/public sector organization. 

Computer Skills:  must have proficiency in the use in Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.


4. Agribusiness Appraisal Expert (AAE): Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Finance/Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics or a closely related field. 

Experience: Minimum seven years of experience in Project evaluation, appraisal, business plan preparation, financial analysis etc. 

Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc 

5. Financial Management Expert (FME): Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Finance/Finance & Accounts/ Commerce/ or a closely related field. 

Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in financial management in any private sector/public sector organization. 

Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc.


6. Procurement Management Expert (PME): At least a Post Graduate from any Govt. recognized University in any subject. 

Experience: At least 7  years of experience in supporting procurement related functions in any project aided or financed by  ADB or similar multilateral/ World Bank/bilateral institutions or state/ national level projects under the Govt. of India; or experience in supporting the procurement section in a large Private sector/Public sector  Organization. Knowledge and understanding of the Procurement guidelines & procedures of the ADB/World Bank/ Govt. of India or similar institutions will be advantage. 

Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc.
