Directorate of Medical Education Assam has released a notification for release Admit Card for Recruitment of 484 Staff Nurse Under Health Service Assam
✔️Total No. of Post: 484
✔️Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500 + GP 6,800
✔️Reservation: UR-199, OBC/MOBC-131 SC-34, STP-48, STH-24, EWS-48, (PH-20)
✅Qualification: (A) GNM Nursing Diploma/B.Sc. Nursing from
any nursing institution/college recognized by INC(B) Minimum one year working experience in Critical Care Unit/ICU
(C) Candidate have Registered with the Health Visitors Council and Assam Nurses, Midwives
ADMIT CARD NOTICE
1.Interested candidate are shall have to fill up online application forms available at the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam website (www.dme.assam.gov.in).
2. The following documents in original will have to be produce at the time of document verification if called for and photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted:
(a) Two copies of passport colour photograph uploaded during filling up of online application form
(b) Birth certificate or Admit card of HSLC for age proof.
(c) All marks sheets and pass certificate.
(d) Midwives and Health Visitors, Assam Nurses, Council Registration Certificate.
(e) Caste certificate (wherever applicable).
(f) Divyang certificate (wherever applicable).
(g) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (wherever applicable).
(h) Permanent resident ship certificate of Assam.
