NHM Assam Staff Nurse Online Interview Schedule
In view of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the schedule of online Web Interview is declared for the applied candidates who are submitted their online application from 1 June to 6 June 2021.
Reporting Time: 10 A.M.
For the applied candidates who are submitted online application from 7 June to 10 June 2021, additional candidate lists will be published and Additional Schedule of online Interview for 14th June & 15th June 2021 will be published in the National Health Mission Assam official website.
Instructions for NHM Assam Staff Nurse Interview
1. The online interview will be conducted though Zoom platform. No candidates need to come to the Office of the Mission Director, National Health Mission, Assam for physically for the Interview.
2. Zoom Meeting Link will be sent to the candidates registered Mobile Number through SMS / WhatsApp One hour before to the Interview .
3. Candidates as per Roll No is limited Batch Capacity in each Time Slot.
4. The shortlisted candidates must login with the following ID format for attending the online Zoom Interview
[Candidate Roll No and Candidate Name].
Shortlisted Candidates shall login name is as per above format only. Candidates shall change their login name to the above format before logging in to the zoom meeting room. Only those candidates in the above format will be allowed in the zoom meeting room in the respective time slot for interview/counselling.
5. All Applied candidates as per the allotted time slot shall login in to the online Zoom meeting 30 minutes before to counselling time slot.
6. The candidates login and wait in the Waiting Room and Admitted in One by One as per their Roll No. On completion of their interview, he/she shall log out immediately from the meeting.
7.candidate not logging in within the interview stipulated time and he/she may not be able to attend the online interview.
