University Notice

As per U.G.C. guidelines/instruction issued on July, 2021, the following decisions has been taken by the Gauhati University . in relation to the ensuing inter year/semester OTB Examination, 2021

1. The 3rd Semester OTB Examination already scheduled for Undergraduate (UG) courses of examination is hereby cancelled. The students of this semester will be promoted as done in the earlier/previous semester as per the said University Grants Commission (U.G.C.) guidelines.

2. The 6th Semester Undergraduate (U.G.) courses examination will be held in second part of August, 2021.

3. The Examinations will be conducted through only online-mode.

4. The 60% syllabus of the course will be covered in the final year/semester examination. The 60% course of the syllabus will be covered i.e. starting from unit-I to 60% of the course syllabus.

5. Proper instruction will be issued for conduct of practical classes shortly. This is issued with the approval of the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor (V.C.) Gauhati University
