Eligibility Criteria Recruitment of Gauhati High Court

Age Limit:

# UR: 18 to 40 years
# OBC/ MOBC: 18 to 43 years
# SC/ ST: 18 to 45 years
# PWD: 18 to 50 years

Educational Qualification: Graduate as on the last date of submission of application from a UGC recognized University

Computer Proficiency: Candidates must possess a certificate of the Computer knowledge of minimum Three of months duration.

Proficiency of Official Language : The candidate should have the proper knowledge of the Official Language of Assam i.e. Assamese.

Employment Exchange Certificate: The candidates must have Employment Exchange Registration no. in Assam

Gauhati High Court Recruitment LDA & Copyist Selection Process

The selection process of the GHC LDA & Copyist Vacancy consists of the following two stages:

Stage I:

A Common Written Test (OMR based objective type Questions with Multiple Choices) of 2 hours duration of 120 marks will be held.

(i)General English :50 marks

General Knowledge including the Computer Knowledge:30 marks

General Aptitude: 20 marks

(ii) Official language of Assam i.e. Assamese: 20 marks

Stage II:

Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 from the rank-wise mark-sheet of the written test will be called for the viva-voce of the 15 marks.

Final Selection:

On the basis of the grand total marks obtained by candidates in the Written Test and the viva-voce test, Final selection list of the candidates will publish district wise
