Educational Qualification for Assam LP and UP Teacher
For UP Teacher
# Assistant Teacher for UPS: Graduate from the UGC recognized University and having 2-year D.El.Ed. or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and passed TET in Assam for the UPS conducted by the Elementary Education Department of Assam.
# Science Teacher (UPS): B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University and 2-year D.El.Ed. or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. and passed in TET Assam for UPS (Science & Mathematics) conducted by the Elementary Education Department of Assam.
# Assamese Teacher (Language) for the UPS: Graduate from the UGC recognized University and having Assamese as 1 of subject and 2-year D.El.Ed. or B. Ed. or D. Ed. or B. Ed. and passed in TET of Assam for the UPS conducted by DEE Assam
# Manipuri Teacher (Language) for the UPS: Graduate from the UGC recognized University and having Manipuri as 1 (one) of subjects and 2-year D.El.Ed. or B. Ed. or D. Ed. or B. Ed. and passed in TET Assam for the UPS conducted by the DEE Assam.
# Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- and plus Grade Pay and the other allowances are admissible
