Educational Qualification: Graduate as on the last date of submission of application from a UGC recognized University. Candidates from commerce background with good knowledge of Accounts and Tally will be given preference.
Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have good working knowledge of office
productivity software tools (independent) of any operating
system i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac etc. such as, Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Presentation Graphics, Concept of Database, Internet, E-mail.
Proficiency of Official Language : The candidate should have the proper knowledge of the Official Language of Assam i.e. Assamese.
Employment Exchange Certificate: The candidates must have Employment Exchange Registration no. in Assam

Gauhati High Court Recruitment Junior Accounts Assistant Selection Process
The selection process of the Junior Accounts Assistant Vacancy consists of the following two stages:
Stage I:
A Common Written Test (OMR based objective type Questions with Multiple Choices) of 2 hours duration of 120 marks will be held.
(i) English Proficiency : 20 marks
General Knowledge : 10 marks
General Aptitude and Reasoning: 20 marks
Relating to Accounting: 50 Marks
(ii) Official language of Assam i.e. Assamese: 20 marks
Stage II:
Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 from the rank-wise mark-sheet of the written test will be called for the viva-voce of the 15 marks.
Final Selection:
On the basis of the grand total marks obtained by candidates in the Written Test and the viva-voce test, Final selection list of the candidates will publish district wise
