ASOS FORM FILLUP NOTICE 2022 A BLOCK
It is for information of all concerned Institutions/Study Centers under ASOS that the portal for online form fill-up of the H.S. Level Examination A-Block, 2022 will be available from 15-05-2022 onwards at the Councils website www.ahsec.assam.gov.in The login ID & Password will be the same as used for Admission/ Registration process. The requisite fee collected from the learners shall be deposited to the ASOS through NEFT/RTGS in favour of the Secretary, Open Schooling, AHSEC.

The online form fill-up process of H.S. Level Examination, A-Block, 2022 will be started as per following schedule.
1) From 15th May 2022 to 31st May 2022.
2) Form fill-up process will be blocked in the midnight of 31st May 2022.
3) No more extension will be allowed after 31st May 2022.
4) For online form fill-up please visit the Council website : www.ahsec.assam.gov.in
5) For Login page please enter user ID and Password which are already given by SOS to the respective ASC.
The Principal cum Co-ordinator of Accredited Study Center (ASC) are requested to allow form fill-up only to those learners who have registered/ Admitted under ASOS. For any queries the ASC can mail at [email protected]
The ASC are requested to co-operate with this process and submit the learner’s particulars etc. at the ASOS office within 15/06/2022 positively. It is also to be noted that under no circumstance the last date of form fill-up as well as the last date of submitting the hard copies of the documents at ASOS office will be extended

Others Condition ASOS Assam
1. After online form fill-up the learners are requested to contact their respective ASC for information regarding their Examination Centers. If a learner appears from an examination Center other than the Center already allotted to him/her, the result of the learner will be kept withheld and the examination will be cancelled. The examination center will be finalized as per quantum of learners to be appeared in the center.
2. If any passed out learners of ASOS applied under Improvement of Performance Scheme, they may appear only ONCE for improvement within the validity period of 5[five] years. They have to pay the fee as applying for the first examination after taking permission.
3. For the learner taking admission for Improvement Scheme from other Board they may appear for improvement during the stipulated period of time within 5[five] years taking the Subjects in their H.S. Course.
4. For subjects involving practical, candidates have to appear in both theory and practical for improvement scheme. Better of the two results would be considered and indicated in the marks sheet.
5. The regular learners may not appear for Practical if they pass in previous year Practical Examination.
6. Learners appeared under improvement scheme of Part – Admission/Improvement may appear upto 4[Four] subjects.
7. In both the cases only the Marks-sheet will be issued.
8. Permission fees has to be paid by improvement category’s learner from 2nd chance onwards
Document to be submitted with Online Forms & Statement
1. Attested copy of marks-sheet of already appeared learner.
2. Attested copy of H S L C/class 10th passed marks-sheet.
3. 1[One] copy of passport size photograph of the learner.
