Junior Assistant/Library Assistant Recruitment Dispur College

Educational Qualification: Candidates (Graduate in Arts/ Science /Commerce with a computer diploma or certificate course of minimum three month’s duration) for direct recruitment of the vacant Sanctioned posts

Junior Assistant Selection Process  College in Assam

The Educational qualifications and selection procedure will be as per Assam Govt. O.M No. DHE/CE/Misc/341/2016/49 dated09.02.2017. The candidates must have to acquire qualification latest by date of submission of their applications in Assam Gazette (Part-IX) Standard Form of application. 

Age Limit: The age for Grade III posts LDA/Library Assistant shall be maximum 43 years as on the 01-01-2022. the upper age limit for Grade III post LDA/Library Assistant shall be maximum 40 years for General, 42 years for Ex-Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC, 45 years for SC/ST and 50 years for PwD as on the 01-01-2022.

How to Apply Non-Teaching Staff Dispur College Assam

1. Candidates fill their application Assam Gazette (Part-IX) Standard Form of application
2. Application should be submitted with relevant documents (no certificate required beyond graduation) along with a Demand Draft (Non -Refundable ) of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) drawn in favour of Principal , Dispur College payable at Guwahati. Other Conditions

1. In service candidates have to apply through proper channel with NOC from the appointing authority and candidate must have PRC. To apply for UR (EWS) post candidates must submit updated EWS certificate. 

2. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing written Test & interview. Incomplete /defective applications will be rejected at the time of scrutiny and no call letter will be issued to such candidates.

Syllabus of Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment College in Assam

1. Pursuant to the Govt. letter No. AHE.348/2017/1 dated 28th April 2017, the 5 marks meant to the interview for selection of Grade-III posts issued vide this office Guideline No. DHE/CE/Misc/341/2016/49 dated 09-02-2016  is hereby omitted

2. 5 marks for experience of work in similar capacity in provincialized colleges/ Govt. Department/ provincialized secondary schools is also withdrawn. The total marks for selection of Grade-III posts shall be 100 details as given below

a) Total marks in written test, only one paper of one and half hrs. = 60 Marks
b) Marks in Computer Test English and Assamese typing (10 marks each) = 20 Marks
c) Academic: 
HSLC: 1st Division = 5, 2nd Division=  4, 3rd Division= 3, Maximum = 5 Marks
HS:  1st Division = 5, 2nd Division=  4, 3rd Division= 3, Maximum = 5 Marks
Degree: 1st Class = 10, 2nd Class=  7, Simple Pass= 5, Maximum = 10 Marks

Total = 100 Marks

Written Test will be of Degree level (Except of Arithmetic which shall be of class 10 standard) which will be consist of General English, General Knowledge, Letter drafting, Simple Arithmetic and knowledge of work and duties assigned to Lower Division Assistant
